Black Hat SEO, well, as the name suggests, it isn't the cleanest of the methods you could use to get your page up there in the google rankings. In brief, the black hat is a Search Engine Optimization technique which breaks the search engine guidelines to get higher search rankings in an unscrupulous manner. These SEOs try to rank your websites higher than the other available websites by using a few tactics like keyword stuffing, invisible texts and the doorway pages.
Using the black hat SEO is very tempting especially when you want your website to be ranked top amongst the search engines which will also fetch you good internet traffic. Black hat seo proves to be a short-cut to success for many web masters. It primarily does the following things for your website:

Despite these "apparent pluses" provided by the black hat, there are reasons strong enough to stop you from using it for your websites. These reasons include-
" If the search engines catch hold of your website through their new tracking algorithms, the website might be permanently banned and your main traffic source gets destroyed.
" With all their benefits, Black Hat sites, they prove to be a nuisance to the readers. This spoils your image as a writer. If you use your name in the sites, it is bound to get tainted.
" A permanent ban from big search engines makes your domain useless. You may apply for reconsideration, but these processes take time. All the efforts you have done to improve your SE rankings has gone in vain with the ban. This is the time, when you actually realize, was the risk worth taking!
